These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ADA Solutions B.V., registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 95955976, with registered address at Octaafstraat 3, 5245BN Rosmalen.
1. Services
ADA Solutions B.V. provides online digital services including web development, programming, design, and related services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our website or by direct agreement. After placing an order, we will contact you via email to confirm all details and arrange payment. No payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally. Delivery timelines will be agreed upon in writing for each project. ADA Solutions B.V. will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. ADA Solutions B.V. retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
ADA Solutions B.V. treats all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
ADA Solutions B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
